英語の読解についてです !!

下から2行目に「I'm wearing it.」とあり、解説を見ると「着ていきます」という意味になると書いてありますが、どうしたらそのような訳になるのでしょうか.
また、wearは「着ている」という状態を表す状態動詞なのでing形になっても良いのでしょうか ??

例えば

という英文は

とかけるということです。
他にも
私はバスから降りるつもりです。

という英文は
I'm getting off the bus.
とかけます。

今回も現在進行形で近未来を表現している英文となっています。同じように考えると
I'm going to wear it.
は
I'm wearing it.
となるのも分かると思います。
