agree with the idea that it is beneficial for workers to change jobs
often for the following two reasons. The first reason is that it can
change working conditions. I often hear that workers want to take a
Vacation after their children borned, but it is difficult by company..
Therefore, the idea enables workers to forme working environment. The second
reason is that workers are able to get motivation by changing their workplace.
I think that The more the time passed, the less workers passion for their tast:
I think that everyone should have motivation for new things. It is
increasing their quality of life. For these reasons I mentioned above, I think
that it is good effect for working people to change jobs often.
