元の文を和訳すると「ジョンはケンと同じようにフルートを吹きます」となりますね。これを否定文にするので「ジョンもケンもフルートをやってない」という文意にしなくてはいけません。not as well asにしてしまうと「〜ほどに上手くない」という違う文意になってしまいます
