最近, 路上での喫煙を条例で禁止して違反者に罰金を科す自治体が増えてきています。あなたは、こうした傾向に賛成ですか、反対ですか。自分の意見を80語以上の英語でまとめなさい。 . . . . . . . .

I agree with Such trend. place without Some people may say that there is no home to smoking. But, there is smoking place around the town. (in these days, Also, smoking in public place is bad effect for people smoker's around. Passive smoking is worse than smoker. For these reasons, the person who break the rule should pay money.

私はこの傾向に賛成です。
家以外に喫煙する場所がないという人もいますが、最近は町中に喫煙所があります。
また、受動喫煙は喫煙者本人よりも健康に悪いので、公共施設で喫煙することは周りの人にとってめいわくです。
このような理由から、路上喫煙をしてルールを破った人には罰金を課すべきであると考えます。

I agree with this trend.
Some people say that there is no place to smoke except in their own home, but these days there are smoking areas all over town.
Also, passive smoking is worse for one's health than smoking itself, so smoking in public facilities is a nuisance to those around the smokers.
For these reasons, I believe that fines should be imposed on those who break the rules by smoking on the street.
