語意上就是現在是時候...
所以now不需要+
若想要+，那就是強調意味
It's now time to..../It's time to....now
都可以，但
It's now time that....
因為若now放在that子句後面，會被解讀成在修飾that子句
而非主句。

It's high time that...
這已經是固定用法了
不要再強調了XD
