(1)の問題なのですが、答えは I never see the movie without moved なのですが、右の説明で、二重否定はnever〜without〜Ving(Vは動詞)となっています。なぜmovingではなくmovedになるのですか？ご回答よろしくお願いします！

答えは I never see the movie without being moved. ではないですか？

Ayanaさんの指摘通り、without(前置詞) ～ing(動名詞)は「～しないで」という意味になります　
I never see the movie without moved(過去分詞). は間違いです。
