may not：〜してはいけない という意味です。must not も同じ意味ですが、must notの方が強い禁止を表します。
ought to の否定形は ought to notではなく、ought not to です。ought not to:〜するべきではない、〜しない方がいい という意味です。ought to=should と考えましょう。
