一番だけですが。

I think that we need to exercise more.
Because we are tired from the new normal.
And because of it, more and more people playing too much of the game.
For those reasons, I think that we need to exercise more.
私たちはもっと運動をするべきだと思う。
なぜなら、私たちは新しい生活に疲れているから。
そしてそのせいで、ゲームをやりすぎる人も増えている。
これらの理由から、私たちはもっと運動するべきだと思う。

2番は、これを参考にして作ってもらえたら一番自分のためになるのではないかと思います。
