①S V when s v ②When s v, S v whenの前後の時制について、 ①の時はwhenの前後で時制を一致させて、 ②の時はwillの時は現在形を使うっていう認識で合ってますか?

④の(for example〜...)や最後の文の(as opposed to〜...)

I compared the Dutch and Japanese school systems. I have two opinions. First of all, the compulsory education in the Netherlands is tuition-free. I think it is a good system because it prevents disparities in education between the rich and the poor. Next, it is common there for students to fail or skip grade. I want this system in Japan because I sometimes find the classes difficult and want to go back to the previous grade. In summary, I found that the Dutch school system allows each child to receive an education suited for their individual development.
