1枚目の英文を読んで2枚目の問題に答えて頂きたいです。自分でも解いてみたのですが解答がなくて困ってます。

Jessup: You snotty, little bastard. Ross: Your honor, I'd like to ask for recess. Kaffee: I'd like an answer to the question, Judge. Judge: The court will wait for an answer. Kaffee: If Lt. Kendrick gave an order that Santiago wasn't to be touched, then why did he have to be transferred? Colonel? Lt. Kendrick ordered the Code Red, didn't he? Because that's what you told Lt. Kendrick to do! Ross: Objection! Kaffee: And when it went bad, you cut these guys loose! You had Markinson sign a phony transfer order, and you doctored the log book! Ross: Damn it, Kaffee! Kaffee: You coerced the doctor! Judge: Consider yourself in contempt! Kaffee: Colonel Jessup, did you order the Code Red?! Judge: You don't have to answer that question! Jessup: I'll answer the question. You want answers? Kaffee: I think I'm entitled! Jessup: You want answers?! Kaffee: I want the truth! Jessup: (SPEECH) You can't handle the truth! Son, we live in a world that has walls, and those walls have to be guarded by men with guns. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Lieutenant Weinberg? I have a greater responsibility than you can possibly fathom. You weep for Santiago and you curse the Marines. You have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know, that Santiago's death, while tragic, probably saved lives. And my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, saves lives! You don't want the truth, because deep down in places you don't talk about at parties, you want me on that wall. You need me on that wall. We use words like "honor", "code", "loyalty". We use these words as the backbone of a life spent defending something. You use them as a punchline. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very freedom that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it! I would rather you just said "thank you", and went on your way. Otherwise, I suggest you pick up a weapon, and stand a post. Either way, I don't give a damn what you think you are entitled to! Kaffee: Did you order the Code Red? Jessup: I did the job that-- Kaffee: Did you order the Code Red?!! essup: YOU'RE GODDAMN RIGHT I DID!! *Code Red-in the movie, it is a punishment. Saniago died because of it.

Copenhagen, the capital city of Denmark, has emerged as a shining example of a city proactively addressing global warming. With a comprehensive and ambitious approach to sustainability, Copenhagen has set a goal to become the world's first carbon-neutral capital by 2025. The city has implemented a range of initiatives, including a robust public transportation system, extensive bike lanes, and a commitment to renewable energy sources. One of Copenhagen's notable achievements is its focus on cycling infrastructure, encouraging residents to choose eco-friendly modes of transportation. The city has invested heavily in creating an extensive network of bike lanes and bike-sharing programs, reducing reliance on carbon-emitting vehicles. Additionally, Copenhagen is committed to transitioning to renewable energy, with wind power playing a significant role in meeting its energy needs. While Copenhagen's efforts are widely praised, challenges remain. Critics argue that achieving carbon neutrality by 2025 is an ambitious target and may involve trade-offs, such as increased taxes and potential economic strain. Additionally, the city faces the complexities of balancing urban development with environmental preservation. Nevertheless, Copenhagen's dedication to tackling global warming serves as an inspiring model for other cities, showcasing the potential benefits of sustainable urban planning and the importance of balancing environmental goals with economic considerations.

Technology is rapidly and fundamentally changing the way most people do their jobs, disrupting (1) the nature of work and increasing the demand for new kinds of digital skills. The impact can be felt in all kinds of jobs. Gone are the days of copywriters (2) simply writing copy, for instance. Now they also need to be familiar with search engines and social media to know what will make their work more visible online. Architects need to be able to create digital concepts as their clients now often expect to see more than a 2D drawing. Accountants have to keep up with rapid digital advances disrupting their industry such as the growth of online filing. (3) Byron Nicolaides, CEO of PeopleCert, a professional skills assessment and certification business, says: "The digital skill gap describes the effect that has resulted from a shift. towards digitalisation, with the emergence of new professions, alongside the displacement of other roles, that now require continued digital training." Demand for people with high-level digital skills is greater than the supply of suitably qualified employees, and the gap is growing. The World Economic Forum estimates that by 2022 emerging technologies will generate 133 million new jobs in place of the 75 million that will be displaced. "If the demand for digital expertise is not able to be met by the supply, the resulting deficit in a skilled workplace will not only affect the ability of businesses to shape their own future, but will hinder the economic growth and generate a new reality of [digital] illiteracy (E4)," argues Nicolaides. The UK is the fifth most digitally advanced nation in Europe (Finland comes top) according to data from the European Union. It is already home to a large number of big tech businesses and the UK has more tech "unicorns" (start-up businesses valued at $1 billion or more) than any other European country. According to Tech Nation, a UK network focused on accelerating the growth of digital businesses across the country, in 2018 the UK continued to attract tech talent, employing 5 per cent of all high-growth tech workers globally. In Europe this places the UK behind Germany but ahead of Sweden, France, Denmark and the Netherlands. Despite (A) this encouraging news, the UK is still facing a significant digital skills shortage. A report from the Open University last year highlights the extent of the problem and its impact on UK companies, with nine in 10 organisations admitting to having a shortage of digital skills. Jules Pipe, London's deputy mayor (5) for planning, regeneration and skills, says the capital needs workers with advanced digital skills. "More than half of the capital's start-ups say a lack of highly skilled workers is their main challenge, while emerging industries -
