Semua orang Negeri Sunda, termasuk Prabu Maharaja Linggabuana dan sang putri Dyah Pitaloka, gugur.Jumlahnya 93 orang. Di pihak lain, Majapahit kehilangan 1.274 prajuit dan perwira, 9 ekor gajah, dan 18 ekor kuda. Raja Majapahit juga memohon maaf atas segala kesalahan dan perbuatan yang telah dilakukan oleh para senapati dan pasukannya, seraya berharap semoga gugurnya sang Prabu Maharaja tidak membawa celaka dan melenyapkan kesentosaan hidup pendudukNegeri Majapahit. Majapahit ingin bekerja sama dan bersahabat dengan Negeri Sunda,masing-masing sebagai negera merdeka yang tidak akan bertentangan. Majapahit berjanji tidak akan menyakiti hati penduduk Negeri Sunda untuk kedua kalinya. Mangkubumi Bunisora Suradipati dan para petinggi serta keluarga raja terpaku tanpa kata setelah membaca surat Raja Wilwatikta. Air mata pun tertahan lagi tumpah bersama-sama.
