說服(v)有兩個動詞，一個是persuade，另一個是convince。
兩個意思不太一樣，前者是強調說服某人做某事(動作或行為)，後者是強調用證據、邏輯等方式說服其對象在心理上認同某個想法、信念或理由。

persuade sb into doing sth
persuade sb to do sth

如果是說服某人不要做某事，則可以用persuade sb not to do sth

My teachers persuaded me no to get a girlfriend during senior year in(或用of) high school.

convince sb of sth-->(of後通常是加名詞或名詞片語)
convince sb not to do sth
convince sb that ～（名詞子句）
