為了強調地點時會把地點放句首
把地方副詞放句首的時候，順序會變成動詞在前、主詞在後，也就是
主詞+動詞+地點 → 地點+動詞+主詞

at the door是地點，也就是說要找動詞加主詞的答案
所以(A)跟(D)可以先刪去

(B)的原句可以寫成The teacher waited at the door，句子是通順的

但如果是(C)原句會變成The teacher [waiting] at the door，
可以改成is/was waiting
→At the door is/was waiting the teacher.

不過有個例外狀況
在主詞是代名詞(I, you, we, they, he, she, it)的時候，主詞不會往動詞後移喔！
課本最常見的例子應該是下面這句：
Here comes the bus.
→Here comes it. (X)
→Here it comes. (O)
