近年、日本では女子大学にジェンダーの学生の入学を認める女子大学の数が増えつつある。アメリカのスミス大学では、２０１５年からトランスジェンダーの学生の入学を許可している。アメリカでは、入学する際に自分自身を女性であると申告した学生が入学後に男性という性別を選び取るというケースが出てきて問題になっている。また、トイレや更衣室などの施設設備の課題は日本と同じである。しかし、日本は世界における男女格差を測るジェンダーギャップ指数は１５６か国中１２０位と先進国の中で最低レベルだ。また、日本は海外と比べると性別の格差が根付いている。実際、私がオーストラリアに留学してた時、ジェンダーである友人がいた。その友人は、メイクをしていたし、他の学生に自分がジェンダーであることを公表していた。また、彼の友人もそのことを理解しているように感じられた。しかし、日本では１５，０６４人のうち職場や学校での差別的発言をされた人は、７１．７％とジェンダーに関する認識が低い。職場や学校でカミングアウトしている人は１５，０６４人のうち２７．６％と公表しにくい環境であることが分かる。日本の課題は、多様なジェンダーアイデンティティの理解を深めることだろう。

Smith College in America have allowed trance gender students to entrance since 2015. It become problems in America for students who chose the gender such female in entrance ceremony to choose the gender such male after it. The problem of institution such as west rooms and wearing rooms is also the same that of Japan. But Japanese rank of Gender Gap Index which researches gender disparity in the world is very low in developed countries in the world such 120th place in 156 countries. Japan is accustomed to gender disparity compared to overseas. Actually,I had a friend who is trance gender when I studied in Australia. He did makeup and he indicated that I was trance gender. I thought his friend accepted that. But accepting concerted with gender is low in Japan such 71.7 percents people is said disparity’s words in 1564 people. We think Japan is situation which is too difficult to come out “I’m trance gender “ such 27.6 percents in 15,064 people.
Japan’s problem may be deeply understanding various gender identity.
