Topic:Do you think it is better for people to live in a house or in an apartment?

I think it is better for people to live in an apartments.
There are two reasons.
First,I think that houses are more expensive than apartment.if people live an apartment,they can use their money for other things.
Second,if you live alone,you don’t need a lot of space.
That is why I recommend that people live in a apartment.

an apartment,apartment,apartmentsと3種類も文で使っているので、1つに絞ってください。単数形の時は必ず冠詞をつけてください
